In the spirit of iterating when needed, and making sure you’re following me on this journey, the promised six steps and (what I’d like to tweak about them) will come in next week’s newsletter. 

There are some things we need to talk about first.

In my last newsletter I mentioned four basic principles to start scratching the surface of what design thinking is all about.

So let’s continue on that route.

It’s hard to talk about design thinking without mentioning IDEO – a key reference in terms of how design thinking is defined and evolving.

Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.
